Terms of use
These terms cover two things: your use of this website, and the way a membership, a pass or a project is agreed with the studio afterwards.

Who are you dealing with?
Any work you agree after contacting us is agreed with Sujal Kalpeshbhai Babariya, sole proprietor, who trades on this website as BABARIYA and is registered for GST as Babariya Enterprise (GSTIN 24IRXPB3755B1ZO), at Office No 29, Ground Floor, Akshar Diamond Market, Varachha Road, Near Mangadh Chowk Mini Bazar, Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 395006, India.

What does the website do?
It describes what the studio offers: website design and development, e-commerce, UI/UX and product design, brand identity and design systems, AI automation, and ongoing care for sites and systems. It also publishes our prices in Indian Rupees.
Filling in the enquiry form, or pressing “Request this plan”, does not book anything, start anything or create an invoice. The form only checks your entries; the plan button only fills in the form for you. A job starts once both sides have agreed it in writing.
PlainlyNothing you do on this website commits you to anything.
How do memberships, passes and projects work?
A membership (Studio Lite, Studio or Studio Plus) covers a set number of care requests each month, plus the checks and reply times listed for that plan. A care request is one small change that takes about thirty minutes. Requests you do not use in a month do not carry over. Memberships are billed monthly or yearly, and a year costs the same as ten months.
A Day Pass is one focused working day on a single task. A Week Pass is a one-week sprint on one deliverable. Anything bigger than a pass is quoted as a project with its own written scope.
The prices on the site are what each plan costs for what that plan lists, with taxes added where they apply. The booking confirmation or written scope you receive is what governs the job.
Who owns what?
Everything you hand us stays yours: text, images, files, brand assets and data. By sending it you confirm you are entitled to let us use it for the job.
The work produced for you on a paid engagement passes to you when that engagement is fully settled. Our own toolkit is the exception: the code, components and methods we already had and reuse across clients. We keep ownership of those, and you are granted the right to keep using them inside what we delivered.
Where does AI come in?
If a job uses an AI model, its scope says so. Anything produced that would reach your customers is checked by a person at the studio before it goes out. Contacting us does not put your message through a model.
What isn't allowed?
Please do not use this site to send unlawful material, to test or attack it, or to pose as someone you are not. The acceptable use page sets this out in full.
What are we responsible for?
A published price is not a promise of any particular outcome, such as a search position, a number of sales or a revenue figure. Timelines in a scope are our best estimate, unless the scope commits to a specific date.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. On any engagement, the most we can owe you is the total you paid us for it, unless the law rules out a cap of that kind.
Can these terms change?
Yes. When they do, the revision date at the top of this page changes with them. Work that was already confirmed keeps the terms that applied on the day it was confirmed, together with its own scope.
What if my scope says something different?
These pages explain the public website and how we agree work. Once a particular job has its own written scope or booking confirmation, that document wins for that job wherever the two disagree.
Nothing on this site takes a payment or opens an account. Prices are published in rupees, and the enquiry form only checks what you type. Work begins after both of us have agreed the job in writing, never before.
