Acceptable use
Use the site, and any work we do together, for legitimate business. Below are the few things we refuse.
Last revised 6 November 2026
What shouldn't I send us?
- Personal details belonging to someone else, unless you are entitled to share them for your enquiry.
- Anything that pretends to come from another person or business.
- Malicious files, attempts to scan or break into the site, or automated floods of messages.
What won't we build?
We do not make tools intended for fraud, for getting into systems or accounts without permission, or for secretly monitoring people who are unaware of it. Material you lack the rights to is something we will not knowingly touch.
Where AI is part of a job, it stays inside what the scope allows, and a person checks anything that would reach your customers.
PlainlyIf a request is built to deceive, intrude or spy, the answer is no.
What happens if someone crosses the line?
We may decline an enquiry, or stop an engagement, that goes against this page. If the law requires us to report something we have received, we will report it.
What if my scope says something different?
These pages explain the public website and how we agree work. Once a particular job has its own written scope or booking confirmation, that document wins for that job wherever the two disagree.
Nothing on this site takes a payment or opens an account. Prices are published in rupees, and the enquiry form only checks what you type. Work begins after both of us have agreed the job in writing, never before.
