This is a plain description of how the site and the studio treat what you share. It is not a security certification, nor a claim to have one.

What happens to what I type into the form?
It stays in your browser. The form checks your entries on your own device and then tells you that nothing was sent. It does not reach a server, and there is no database of enquiries behind it.
PlainlyThere is no store of form submissions to protect, because the form does not submit.
What if my message doesn't reach you?
The form itself cannot lose a message, because it never sends one, and the page says so clearly. Who can see enquiries?
The site has no accounts and no page where enquiries are listed. Messages you send us are read by the people at the studio who answer them.
The live site only loads over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We will never ask you for a password or card number, by form or by email, so please do not send either.
What about files during a project?
Files you share after a job has been agreed are held for that job alone, and only the people working on it can open them. When the job ends, we keep and delete records as the privacy notice describes.
What if my scope says something different?
These pages explain the public website and how we agree work. Once a particular job has its own written scope or booking confirmation, that document wins for that job wherever the two disagree.
Nothing on this site takes a payment or opens an account. Prices are published in rupees, and the enquiry form only checks what you type. Work begins after both of us have agreed the job in writing, never before.
