Point of view

02

Technology should remove friction, not add noise.

  1. 01

We build the part that solves the operational problem, and leave out the part that only looks impressive.

  2. 02

Every engagement starts with a written scope, so the price is a figure, not a feeling.

  3. 03

What we ship, we can maintain. If it cannot be maintained, it is not finished.

Selected work

Concept studies,
clearly labelled.

Four demonstration concepts that show how we think and build. They are studio concepts, not delivered client projects, and will be replaced by verified case studies as they become available.

  1. Concept storefront shown on a desktop monitor and smartphone in a warm studio setting.

    01

    Atelier Commerce

    E-commerce concept

Concept demonstration — not a client project

A storefront for a small maker brand: editorial product pages, a two-step checkout and stock that follows the workshop, not the other way round.

    Concept notes
    • Catalogue modelled around how the workshop actually makes things
    • Checkout tuned for one-handed mobile use
    • Back-office stock sync as a single, monitored connection

    Indicative stack

    • Next.js
    • Headless commerce
    • Payment gateway (TBD)
  2. 02

    Ledger Operations

    UI/UX & product design concept

Concept demonstration — not a client project

The interface for one operations screen, designed for a distribution team that was juggling orders, returns and drivers across three spreadsheets and a chat group.

    Concept notes
    • Flows mapped with the people who do the work
    • Role-based views: dispatcher, driver, finance
    • Clickable prototype tested before any build

    Indicative stack

    • Flow mapping
    • Clickable prototype
    • Component library
Concept operations dashboard on a desktop monitor and a tablet in an ivory room.
  3. 03

    Docflow

    AI automation concept

Concept demonstration — not a client project

Supplier documents arrive as PDFs and photos; structured fields come out, with a review queue for anything the model is unsure about.

    Concept notes
    • Extraction pipeline with confidence thresholds
    • Human review queue, not blind automation
    • Audit log of every decision and correction

    Indicative stack

    • Python
    • LLM extraction
    • Approval workflow
Concept document-processing workspace on a large display beside paper documents.
  4. 04

    Meridian Residences

    Website design & development concept

Concept demonstration — not a client project

A property site where the listing, the availability and the viewing request are one flow, rendered as real HTML rather than a mockup.

    Concept notes
    • Listing data as the single source for pages, feeds and brochures
    • Viewing requests routed with a confirmation step
    • Built as live interface, not a picture of one

    Indicative stack

    • Next.js
    • Headless CMS (TBD)
    • Maps API (TBD)

Built as live interface markup, not an image — the same code that would ship.

Process

Six stages.
Written down.

The same sequence for a landing page and for a full store; only the size of each stage changes.

  1. 01

    Discover

The operation, the people and the systems, understood before anything is proposed.

  2. 02

    Define

A written scope: what is in, what is out, the price and the first milestone.

  3. 03

    Design

Flows and interfaces reviewed with you before production build.

  4. 04

    Engineer

Small releases on a steady cadence, with tests and documentation as part of the work.

  5. 05

    Deploy

Performance, accessibility and security checks, then a monitored go-live.

  6. 06

    Support

A named contact and a membership, so small breaks never become projects.

    ≈ ₹2,571 / day × 7 days

    Request this plan

Every plan includes

  • A named contact
  • Plain-language notes on what changed
  • A written scope before any larger work

Rules that apply

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Taxes are extra where applicable.
  • Yearly billing costs ten months of the monthly price: two months free.
  • Prices above ₹5,000 show their daily equivalent, using calendar days (7 a week, 30 a month, 365 a year), rounded to the nearest rupee. Nothing works out at more than ₹5,000 a day.
  • A care request is one small change, such as a content edit, a fix or a setting, that fits in about thirty minutes. Unused requests do not roll forward.
  • Work beyond a membership or a pass is scoped and quoted in writing before it starts.
  • Sending the form does not reserve a plan and does not create an invoice.

Prices

Set by the studio on 5 November 2026 and published in full. Larger work is quoted in writing.

Industries

Built for how
your operation runs.

  • 03Customer-service automation

Why work with us

Three things we hold to on every job.

  1. 01

    Clear scope

Published prices, and a written scope before any larger work. Surprises become a new piece of work, never a silent overrun.

  2. 02

    Thoughtful design

Interfaces designed around the decision a person is trying to make, not around a template. Fewer screens, better ones.

  3. 03

    Maintainable engineering

Boring, documented technology choices. Small releases. A system your next engineer can read on day one.

About

A small studio with a product team's discipline.

We are an independent studio that designs and builds websites, online stores, brand identities and AI automation for businesses that would rather have one accountable team than a chain of vendors.

The work is deliberately plain in method: understand the operation, agree the scope in writing, build the smallest thing that solves it, measure, maintain.

Company details, location and team information will be added once the public brand is confirmed.

FAQ

Good questions.

Process, rates, revisions, maintenance, timelines and data. If yours isn’t here, ask in the form below.

01How does an engagement start?

With a conversation and then a written scope. The scope states what is in, what is out, the price that applies and the first milestone. Work begins when you confirm it.

02Is the price on the page the price I pay?

For memberships and passes, yes: the published price in rupees, plus taxes where applicable. Work that does not fit a membership or a pass, such as a full store or a complete brand identity, is scoped and quoted in writing before it starts.

03How do memberships work?

A membership covers a set number of small care requests each month, plus update checks and a reply time that depend on the tier. Pay monthly, or yearly for the price of ten months. Unused requests do not roll forward.

04What is the difference between a Day Pass and a Week Pass?

A Day Pass is one focused day on a single task, such as a fix, an audit or one automation. A Week Pass is a one-week sprint that ends in a working release, such as a landing page, an AI pilot or a logo and core identity. Both start with a short brief.

05How are revisions handled?

Design stages include a review round before production build. Changes after the scope is confirmed are written up as a new block of work rather than absorbed silently.

06Do you maintain what you build?

Yes. A Studio membership gives you a named contact, monthly care requests and update checks. You can also buy the build and decline the membership.

07How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope, which is why we write it down first. A landing page and a full online store are different shapes of work; the scope includes a timeline for yours.

08How do AI features treat our data?

Your documents stay yours. AI features are designed with a review step, an audit log and data handling agreed in the scope — including which providers, if any, process the data.
